INTROVA AI TERMS OF SERVICE & PLATFORM USAGE AGREEMENT
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Introva AI, including its AI-powered voice assistants, automation tools, analytics, and related products and services (“Services”).
By accessing or using Introva AI, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

Services Description
Introva AI provides:
- AI-powered voice assistants (inbound & outbound)
- Call automation, reminders, and confirmations
- Voice analytics, summaries, and insights
- AI-driven workflows and integrations
User Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse the AI system
- Use Introva AI for illegal, deceptive, or harmful activities
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or copy the platform
- Violate privacy or consent laws when recording calls
Account & Access
- You are responsible for maintaining account security
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts for violations
Intellectual Property
All content, software, AI models, designs, and branding are owned by Introva AI.
You may not copy, distribute, or modify any part without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
Introva AI is provided “as is”.
We are not liable for:
- Business losses or missed opportunities
- AI response inaccuracies
- Service interruptions or delays
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access:
- For violation of these Terms
- For unlawful or abusive behavior
- At our discretion with or without notice
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws of the operating jurisdiction of Introva AI.
